Five-step fan control for quieter, demand-based ventilation

The SCNR5-CA 5-level Step Transformer 100 W is a manual speed controller for suitable fans with a power consumption of up to 100 W. Instead of using electronic dimming, the transformer adjusts the output voltage across five fixed steps. This allows you to match fan performance to the actual ventilation requirements of your grow tent while avoiding the motor hum that can occur with basic electronic dimmers.

Five fixed settings for consistent fan control

The rotary selector provides output levels of 110 V, 125 V, 150 V, 180 V and 230 V. This allows a compatible fan to operate from a reduced speed through to full supply voltage. Fixed steps also make it easy to return to a previously selected setting. A separate on/off switch is integrated into the controller.

Transformer-based regulation for quiet operation

Fan speed is controlled by changing the motor supply voltage in defined steps. This method is particularly useful where smooth, low-noise operation is important. In an extraction system, for example, you can select a lower level when heat production and airflow demand are reduced, then increase the setting when more ventilation is required.
