Lebanese Regular by ACE Seeds

Lebanese Regular by ACE Seeds is a regular variety for growers and breeders who want to work with a classical Lebanese hashplant landrace. Within the ACE catalogue, it holds a special place because, as a highly stabilised pure sativa from Lebanon, it is not built around modern high performance or extreme potency, but around early outdoor finishing, resin quality, CBD strength, and a clearly traditional hash-oriented logic.

In cultivation, Lebanese shows an interesting developmental pattern: in its early life stages the line appears more robust and broader-leafed, but later develops into a medium-sized, more strongly branched, and finer-leafed sativa. It is exactly this combination of early stability and later clear sativa morphology that makes it especially characteristic. Added to this is its semi-autoflowering tendency, which allows it to enter flowering relatively early outdoors and finish from late summer into early autumn.

With a flowering time of around 9 to 11 weeks, Lebanese belongs to the earlier finishing regular sativa landraces in the ACE range. Yield is generally placed in the medium to high segment. The stated THC range is around 0.5 to 8 percent, CBD around 6 to 16 percent, and CBG up to 0.2 percent. The variety is recommended for latitudes from 0º to 50º and shows average-high resistance to spider mites, powdery mildew, white fly, and cold, together with very high heat resistance. This makes it especially suitable for hot, dry, and sunny outdoor regions.

One of the defining traits of Lebanese is its traditional hashplant logic. The flowers tend to develop in a more delicate but resin-rich form, often with elongated wheat-like shape, and can build into more voluminous flower structures through successive refloration. This structure fits very well with the historical use of Lebanese lines for the production of red and blonde hashish and gives the variety a clearly cultural significance within the ACE catalogue.

Aromatically, Lebanese moves in a sweet, floral, and later more fruity direction. During flowering, floral and sweet notes often dominate, later shifting toward citrus and mango nuances as maturity progresses. The burnt aroma is closer to classical Moroccan pollen, while the flavour remains woody and sweet-sour. Combined with its clean, pleasant, and comparatively soft overall effect, this creates a line defined less by brute strength and more by origin, resin quality, and chemical individuality.
