Lavnesia by Soma Seeds

Lavnesia by Soma Seeds comes from Amnesia Haze and Lavender #1, placing it among the newer crosses inside a much older Soma framework. This feminized, photoperiod cannabis strain connects the longer Haze pull of the Amnesia side with the darker, spicier Lavender hand.

In plant shape, Lavnesia is not as firm and compact as Lavender itself. Soma describes the strain as medium to tall, which fits the Amnesia Haze side of the cross. It should therefore be read with some room in mind: enough height, enough air through the frame and handling that keeps the upper structure from becoming too tight.

Flowering sits at around 9 to 10 weeks. With 40 percent indica and 60 percent sativa, Lavnesia stays more mobile than many of Soma’s strongly indica leaning lines, while still carrying the denser, resinous Lavender side underneath. That makes it less of a pure Haze expression and more of a cross with two clearly visible poles.

The resin picture matters here. Soma highlights the large trichomes and terpene profile of Lavnesia, which also places the strain in a useful context for water hash or rosin. In the visible plant character, that means height and flowering time are only part of the story; the real point is the combination of a looser Haze frame and resinous Lavender depth.

Aromatically, Lavnesia should be read as a bridge between Amnesia freshness, floral Lavender spice and resinous depth. That is where its Soma logic sits: not a new trend cross without roots, but a later Soma project that brings two very different house lines into a medium to taller, terpene rich form.
