Aqua Master Tools C10 Pump for controlled automatic pH dosing
The Aqua Master Tools C10 Pump is a compact single-channel peristaltic pump designed for automated dosing during pH adjustment. Combined with a compatible C800 Pro controller, it can dispense either pH Down or pH Up solution. It is intended for growers who want to integrate pH dosing into an automated control system rather than relying solely on manual adjustment of their nutrient solution.
One dosing channel for pH Up or pH Down
For pH control, the C10 connects to the controller’s left UTP port and is recognised by the system as the pH pump. The controller menu determines whether the connected pump is used for raising or lowering pH. The controller therefore handles monitoring and control, while the C10 carries out the required dosing. Defined dosing rate with manual priming
The peristaltic pump has a standard dosing rate of 90 ml per 60 seconds, equivalent to 1.5 ml per second. Actual flow may vary depending on the temperature and viscosity of the liquid being dosed. A manual priming button allows the tubing to be filled or emptied during installation and maintenance. This makes it easier to prepare the dosing line without having to initiate a normal automatic dosing cycle.
Modular integration with the C800 Pro system
Although particularly useful as a dedicated pH dosing pump, the C10 can also be connected to the controller’s right UTP port for dosing a single nutrient component. It can additionally be connected to a C30 unit as a fourth nutrient pump. When used for pH adjustment, it remains the dedicated single dosing channel for either pH Up or pH Down solution.
