As soon as you pop these beans, you’ll be impressed by the vigour of the plants they produce. Finally, you’ll be delighted by this stocky strain’s harvests of bulky, colourful buds. What more could you want?

Forbidden Fruit Cannabis Seeds — Bred From Cherry Pie and Tangie

Forbidden Fruit is the naughty offspring of Cherry Pie and Tangie—two beloved strains descending from highly sought-after genetic lines. Cherry Pie is one of the flagship Pie strains developed by California’s Powerzzzup Genetics. Tangie, on the other hand, is a zesty sativa that’s long been a beloved staple in Dutch coffeeshops. By crossing these two colossal hybrids, our expert breeders created a 70% indica-dominant marvel.

Effects and Flavours of the Forbidden Fruit Strain

Dried and cured Forbidden Fruit buds will seduce even saints with their potent aromas, bold flavours, and excellent potency. Reminiscent of both her parents, Forbidden Fruit combines Tangie’s aroma of fresh citrus, pineapple, and sour candies with Cherry Pie’s bold notes of glazed stone/tree fruit. Her flavours are just as complex, combining upfront tropical notes with an earthy backdrop, hints of pine, and a citric candy sweetness on the exhale. Loaded with an exotic range of terpenes and up to 24% THC, Forbidden Fruit is very potent. Within minutes of inhaling her sweet smoke/vapor, you’ll notice the first signs of a creeping yet controlled body stone settling in. Meanwhile, Forbidden Fruit also wraps her gentle hands around the mind, elevating it to a state of carefree happiness. Enjoy this strain in the afternoons or on weekends to relax with company or make the most of some well-deserved me-time.

Growing Forbidden Fruit Cannabis Seeds

When our breeders crossed Cherry Pie and Tangie, they took extra care to preserve not only the aromas but also the growth traits of these excellent strains. And that’s exactly what they did. Forbidden Fruit is as much of a pleasure to grow as she is to smoke, flourishing in a variety of environments/setups. Indoors, our Forbidden Fruit plants grow to average heights of 80–120cm, making her an ideal strain for smaller operations. After just 8–10 weeks in bloom, these stocky ladies will be harvest-ready and laden with colourful, resinous flowers, yielding between 450–500g/m². Outside, Forbidden Fruit plants grow to max heights of 160cm, are normally ripe for the picking by early October, and produce heavy harvests of up to 550g/plant.
