Velvet Kosher (feminiserede frø)

Beskrivelse

Velvet Kosher is a feminized photoperiod seed from Old School Genetics, part of their exclusive limited Kosher Kush Hybrids LTD line. It’s an indica-dominant hybrid (70/30) that combines a creamy, sweet aromatic profile with notable potency, reaching THC levels close to 28%. A strain designed for growers seeking abundant resin, dense buds, and characterful flavors.

Velvet Kosher genetics: Red Velvet x Kosher Kush

This cross brings together two highly prestigious lines. The mother Red Velato, obtained from Lemon Cherry Gelato x Pina Acai, contributes its sweet, creamy, and fruity side. The father is a reversal of Kosher Kush performed by Oldman Green from DNA Genetics’ original selection, famous for its aromatic depth and gassy profile. The result is a hybrid that inherits the best of both worlds: the pastry smoothness of Red Velvet and the sour intensity of Kosher Kush.

Growing Velvet Kosher indoors

Indoors, Velvet Kosher completes its flowering in a period of 60 to 70 days (approximately 8.5 to 10 weeks). It’s a vigorous plant with rapid growth and high floral density, capable of reaching yields of up to 700 g/m². It particularly stands out for its extreme resin production, with a very generous trichome coverage that blankets the entire floral structure. Although it’s also listed as suitable for outdoor cultivation, no specific data is available regarding yield or harvest dates outside of indoor growing.

Aromas, flavors and effects of Velvet Kosher

This variety’s organoleptic profile is one of its strong points. On the nose, sweet, creamy pastry notes predominate, accompanied by acidic nuances and an intense sour background inherited from Kosher Kush, with subtle hints of gas. On the palate, that same balance is perceived: a sweet cakey and creamy flavor that blends with gassy and sour traits, resulting in a complex and highly recognizable taste.

As for its effects, sources describe an instant, powerful, and deeply pleasurable experience. Its 70% indica dominance and high THC levels suggest a notable impact, although no specific nuances are detailed beyond that general potency. Undoubtedly, a variety designed for those who appreciate intensity.
