Tropical Fruit Cake (feminiserede frø)

Beskrivelse

Tropical Fruit Cake from Paradise Seeds is one of the most tempting new additions to the catalog: a feminized photoperiod seed that combines stable genetics, abundant resin production, and a flavor profile that lives up to its name. Designed for both growers seeking yield and those who value an easy cultivation, it brings together potency, flavor, and simplicity in a single plant.

Genetics and origin of Tropical Fruit Cake

This variety comes from the cross between Wappa and Wedding Cake, a combination that results in an indica-dominant hybrid (approximately 60% indica and 40% sativa). From Wedding Cake it inherits the euphoria and THC load, while Wappa contributes that calm relaxation and the plant’s balanced behavior. The result is stable genetics with great trichome production and a very high THC level, ranging between 22% and 26% according to the breeder.

Indoor and outdoor cultivation

Indoors, Tropical Fruit Cake completes its flowering in 8–9 weeks (55–60 days) and offers yields between 450 and 550 g/m². It stays below 120 cm, with a medium-large, bushy structure, good lateral development, and dense, resinous buds. It responds very well to techniques such as SOG and SCROG, and it’s recommended to perform lollipopping on the lower branches at the start of flowering to concentrate production and reduce the risk of hermaphroditism.

Outdoors it’s a resilient and versatile plant that performs well in most environments, though it appreciates full sun, with yields that can reach 900–1100 g per plant. Its fast finish and straightforward nature make it a very interesting option also for growers with less experience.

Aromas, flavors and effects

The aromatic profile is sweet and intense, dominated by tropical fruit with creamy and earthy nuances and a characteristic skunk touch, supported by terpenes such as myrcene (earthy), caryophyllene (spicy), and limonene (citrus). On the palate it unfolds a sweet dessert flavor, with tropical fruits and a vanilla cream finish that fully justifies its name.

Its effect is balanced and smooth, the result of the union between Wedding Cake’s euphoria and Wappa’s serene relaxation. This makes it suitable for versatile use throughout the day: focused, creative, and sociable during daytime hours, and relaxing as night falls. Thanks to its high THC content, its effect is potent and long-lasting; some sources also mention that it is appreciated by medicinal users for relieving stress and physical tension, though this is noted neutrally and without medical validation.
