Sour Ripper Auto by Ripper Seeds

Sour Ripper Auto does not copy the long, airy Sour Diesel build one to one, but pulls it into a shorter autoflowering window. The variety stays sativa dominant, works with long internodal spacing and little leaf mass, but needs to stand cleanly earlier than the photoperiod Sour Ripper.

The flowers form more compact than in the original Sour Diesel material. That matters in an auto line, because the plant body has less time to fill long open shoots with enough flower mass later on.

From germination to harvest, Sour Ripper Auto is listed at around 65 to 70 days. Production is rated very high, but with this variety it remains closely tied to light, root start and an even plant stance.

The auto side does not remove the line’s basic character. Sour Ripper Auto stays dry, sour and close to Diesel, with a brighter citrus side and a profile that clearly moves away from the sweeter Runtz, Sherbet or Gelato crosses in the bank.

In cultivation, the early build matters most: enough room for the internodes, not too much leaf pressure and a calm start into the first flowering phase. Then Sour Ripper Auto shows its core as a quick Diesel auto with little foliage, firmer bud formation and a straight Sour pull.
