SANlight EVO 3-80 1.5, 200W – even plant lighting for 80 × 80 cm

The SANlight EVO 3-80 1.5 is an LED grow light designed for an indoor growing area of 80 × 80 cm. It suits beginners and experienced growers looking to use one fixture from propagation through to flowering. Adding an optional dimmer lets you match the intensity to your plants’ requirements, reducing electricity consumption whenever less light is needed.

A broadband spectrum with white, red and far-red light

Drawing 200 W, the fixture produces a photon flux of 545 µmol/s across the 400–780 nm wavelength range. Its broadband spectrum combines white Seoul Semiconductor LEDs with WICOP technology and red and far-red OSRAM LEDs. The emitted light therefore extends beyond the conventional PAR range.

Module efficacy exceeds 3 µmol/J. This figure refers to performance at module level and should not be confused with the efficacy of the complete fixture.

Controlled light distribution and protected LEDs

The asymmetric secondary optics direct light towards the growing area and help distribute it evenly. Adjusting the angle of the fixture allows you to adapt the light distribution to your installation. The optics also shield the LEDs underneath from environmental influences and can be cleaned.

Heat is dissipated passively, so the light does not require a built-in cooling fan. The construction also carries an IP65 protection rating.

Adjust the intensity as your plants develop

For output control, add either the SANlight M-Dimm magnetic dimmer for the EVO-Series or the SANlight EVO Bluetooth Dimmer. The magnetic option allows adjustment at the fixture, while the Bluetooth version provides app-based control.

This lets you use reduced intensity during propagation and increase output as your plants require more light. Both dimmers are sold separately and are not included with the fixture.

Plan the mains connection and suspension

The EVO 3-80 1.5 is supplied without a mains cable or other installation accessories. A compatible SANlight EVO mains cable is one suitable option for connecting the light to the power supply. When putting your lighting system together, allow for the mains connection, secure suspension and your preferred optional dimmer.
