Insektnet, 2,30×4,25m

Beskrivelse

Neudorff Pest Protection Net for insecticide-free crop protection

The Neudorff Pest Protection Net measuring 2.30 × 4.25 m protects vegetable and fruit crops with a fine-mesh physical barrier. Suitable for beds and raised beds, it helps prevent numerous pests from reaching the plants without requiring insecticides. Light, air and water can still pass through the net to the protected crop.

Protection against flying pests and feeding damage

The 0.8 × 0.8 mm mesh restricts access to the plants and helps prevent many pests from laying their eggs on the crop. It provides protection against maggot infestation, caterpillar damage, whiteflies and spotted wing drosophila. The net also helps prevent feeding by birds and wildlife. You can find further options in our pest control range. For additional monitoring and control of flying pests, yellow sticky traps are another useful option.

Easy to position over crops

For vegetables, place the net loosely over the crop immediately after sowing or planting. Allow approximately 30 cm of overlap around the cultivated area and secure the edges so pests cannot crawl underneath. Fruit bushes and small fruit trees should be completely enclosed after flowering. The net can remain in place while watering.

Permeable and reusable

The UV-resistant polyethylene allows light, air and rainfall to pass through. At the same time, the net provides additional protection against hail, heavy rain and frost. With careful handling it can be reused for several years and is suitable for organic farming.
