Panama Red by Anesia Seeds immediately stands out through its colour, height and heritage Sativa origins. Rather than developing a compact Kush structure, the strain grows into a tall, slender frame with long internodes, sturdy stems and a flower appearance that visibly reflects its name.

The Central American origin of this line is more than a geographical reference. Panama Red is a pure Sativa and develops accordingly with an upright, open and distinctly elongated structure. Reaching approximately 140 to 200 cm indoors and 160 to 350 cm outdoors, it is one of those strains where height and plant architecture need to be considered from the beginning.

The defining feature lies in the long, conical flowers and the red to brown colouration that may appear across the pistils, leaves and stems. This appearance clearly separates Panama Red from greener African Sativa lines and from dense, modern hybrid profiles. The plant remains slender without developing a weak structure.

The 10 to 12 week flowering period reflects this traditional Sativa form. Panama Red does not require an artificially shortened flowering window, but enough time to develop its extended flower sites, resin coverage and characteristic stretch during the flowering stage. Yields of 500 to 600 g/m² and up to 750 g per plant give the strain substantial production potential despite its open architecture.

With 21% THC, Panama Red sits firmly in the modern range without losing its landrace character. Its aromatic profile is brighter than that of many heavy Indica lines, combining lemon and a sweet candy note with an elongated, colour-focused Sativa appearance. This is an Anesia strain defined by its historic Sativa lineage, red flower colouration and a distinctive growth pattern.
