P.P.D

Beskrivelse

P.P.D by Humboldt Seed Company

P.P.D is one of the older foundation lines from Humboldt Seed Company and should not be carried by the former name alone. Its value sits in the Signature Strain role: large plants, uniform rows, purple flowers and a breeding footprint that keeps showing up behind later HSC lines.

Matanuska Mist, Oregon Grape and Purple Haze form the historical base. That does not make the cultivar a modern candy hybrid. It gives it a purple California frame with a floral grape side and real plant presence. The Bx8 note shows that P.P.D was worked further instead of being left as a loose old cross.

The flowers stay moderately dense, colour rich and more elegant than heavy. That is where P.P.D separates itself from the larger OG and gas lines in the catalogue. It builds through size, uniformity and colour rather than overloaded bud weight or forced terpene language.

At 50 to 55 days of flowering, the cultivar sits in an early to medium window. In the HSC context, outdoor maturity lands around September 20 to October 5. For a large purple line, that mix of early placement and even row behaviour is one of the stronger facts.

Floral sweetness and Concord grape define P.P.D, accompanied by intense purple colouring and moderately dense flowers. The Bx8 reaches 18 to 25 percent THC and combines uniform growth with high yield potential and an early outdoor window from September 20 to October 5.
