Outdoor Grapefruit

Beskrivelse

Outdoor Grapefruit by Female Seeds

Outdoor Grapefruit by Female Seeds is not an indoor Grapefruit with a different label, but a line selected specifically for open ground. Female Seeds describes it as 80 percent Grapefruit, inbred with Easy Sativa and selected over several generations for early and fast flowering.

The strain needs long days and strong midsummer sun during its build up. That is why it makes more sense outdoors than under an overly tight indoor start. Starting it too early indoors can become an issue, as the plant may begin flowering too soon after being placed outside.

The breeder lists the best sowing window at around mid April to mid May. Outdoor Grapefruit is strongly tied to the season. It should build enough vegetative body before flowering starts properly.

In growth, it shows a sativa leaning direction with an open frame and clear upward movement. For handling, that means avoiding an overly tight setup, not compressing it too early and leaving enough air between the branches. Outdoor Grapefruit does not need an artificially dense bush, but an open plant shape with room in the upper frame.

The profile is described as extremely fruity and pine like, staying very close to the Grapefruit side. Outdoor Grapefruit therefore remains a feminized outdoor strain with a Grapefruit focus, early selection logic and a plant frame built around summer light and open space.
