The variety combines Mangu Karot with Mauve Poivrée, two landrace lines from La Réunion, while staying clearly on the sativa side. What matters here is not a smooth fruit promise, but the tension between tropical sweetness, peppery sharpness and an origin that cannot be swapped for a generic catalogue label.

This line was developed by Bourbon for French Touch Seeds and belongs to the type of plant that needs time and warmth. Mango Pepper is not a compact indica type and not a quick standard variety. Its flowering window sits around 100 to 120 days, which fits the tropical sativa structure far better than any short catalogue shortcut.

In growth, Mango Pepper can move with real force and take more space than expected early on. For indoor cultivation, French Touch Seeds recommends switching to flowering very early after transplanting or working with clones, because the plant can otherwise become too large.
