Lowryder IBL is a historically significant autoflowering cannabis genetic line and is widely recognised as the foundation of modern autoflower breeding. The line was developed by The Joint Doctor and represents the first successful stabilisation of the autoflowering trait within cannabis genetics.

From a genetic perspective, Lowryder IBL is an inbred line selected for consistent expression of automatic flowering independent of photoperiod.
