King Kong

Beskrivelse

King Kong by Dr Underground

With King Kong by Dr Underground, the first thing that stands out is the unusual combination of short flowering time and a large production frame. The strain is built around 7 to 8 weeks of flowering, while still carrying the body of a clearly yield focused photoperiod line.

This structure is not random. Ed Rosenthal Super Bud brings mass, flower weight and a robust base, while Chronic supports the productive character further. The result is not a delicate boutique line, but a strong hybrid with quick ripening and resin focused flower formation.

Dr Underground describes King Kong with vigorous vegetative growth, good branching and dense, hard flowers. Outdoors, the window usually sits around late September to early October. Yield is listed by the breeder at 700 to 900 g indoors and around 1 kg per plant outdoors in soil, both as ranges under suitable conditions.

The scent profile is brighter than the name would suggest. Lemon, Skunk and incense lead the direction, with light Haze touches underneath. This keeps King Kong from feeling dull or only heavy and gives it a spicy citrus top layer above the massive plant body.

The strain works strongest through this contrast: short ripening, high flower mass and a scent profile built around lemon, Skunk and incense. King Kong is therefore better read less as a monster name and more as a fast, load bearing production line with a clear Dr Underground signature.
