Grapefruit

Beskrivelse

Grapefruit by Bulk Seed Bank

Grapefruit is one of those varieties that stands out less through heaviness or force and more through a very clearly defined aromatic direction. The line traces back to an older elite clone, which gives it the feel of a variety with a fixed identity rather than a new trend driven cross.

In plant structure, it shows mainly indica style traits without coming across as dull or sluggish. The overall shape stays relatively tidy and purposeful, and the flower to leaf ratio is described as fairly favorable. That points to a line with a cleaner finished look than some more irregular hybrid types.

The available breeder version does not provide a fully developed data sheet for flowering time, but outdoor finishing is placed around mid October. It also clearly mentions high resin production and strong yields under suitable conditions. That already gives the variety a clear direction without needing to overload it with numbers.

Aromatically, the emphasis is strongly on grapefruit and pineapple. Because of that, Grapefruit does not feel dark, heavily spiced, or generically sweet, but bright, fresh, and very direct in character. That is also what makes it easy to remember.

The clearest way to read Grapefruit is as a classic fruit line with a recognizable background and no unnecessary decoration around it. It does not need a long story to work, because the core character is already visible in just a few traits.
