Daddy Runtz (feminiserede frø)

Beskrivelse

Daddy Runtz Triploid is a triploid feminized seed from Triploid Genetics. This hybrid combines the deep, fruity character of Granddaddy Purple with the candy sweetness of Runtz. Its profile of grape, red berries, and caramel is accompanied by up to 27% THC and a potent, relaxing effect. It’s ideal for growers seeking modern, resinous genetics with a highly distinctive aromatic identity.

Genetics: Granddaddy Purple x Runtz in triploid version

Daddy Runtz is born from the cross between Granddaddy Purple and Runtz, two highly recognized names in cannabis culture. Each parent contributes specific traits, and the result is a hybrid with its own personality that combines the classic and the contemporary.

Granddaddy Purple provides its indica character, the notes of grape and ripe fruit, and the pigments that can tint the flowers with purple hues. Runtz adds the sweet, candy-like, and tropical profile that has turned its descendants into benchmarks of modern cannabis, as well as vigor during development.

The resulting plant has a balanced structure and forms compact flowers during flowering. Its triploid condition aims to reduce seed formation in case of accidental pollination. This way, the plant’s energy is concentrated on flower and resin production.

In cultivation: fast flowering and abundant resin

Indoors, Daddy Runtz Triploid completes flowering in about 8 weeks. It’s an agile cycle for genetics of this potency level, allowing growers to chain harvests without extending each cycle too long.

Outdoors, harvest is scheduled for October, within the usual autumn calendar. Climate conditions influence the plant’s final expression, especially in flower color.

One of its strengths is the high resin production. Trichomes cover the flowers, which enhances both their visual appeal and aroma intensity. When temperatures and environment favor it, the buds can develop deep purple shades inherited from Granddaddy Purple, a detail highly appreciated by those who value harvest aesthetics.

Flavor and effect: grape, red berries, and candy sweetness

The aromatic profile is the main attraction of Daddy Runtz Triploid. Notes of grape and red berries stand out, accompanied by ripe fruit and a very evident candy sweetness. In the background, floral and earthy nuances appear, adding depth to the ensemble and preventing it from being simply cloying.

When approaching the flowers, the aroma of sweet, ripe fruit is clearly perceived. On the palate, that combination of grape, berries, and caramel is maintained, with a sweet finish reminiscent of Runtz’s candy side and an earthy background typical of Granddaddy Purple.

The effect is potent and relaxing, designed for moments of calm and disconnection. Due to its potency level, it’s advisable to dose carefully, especially if you don’t have experience with high-cannabinoid varieties. With up to 27% THC, Daddy Runtz Triploid is a solid option for those seeking fruity flavor, abundant resin, and an intense effect.
