Bahia Black Head

Beskrivelse

Bahia Black Head by KC Brains Holland

Bahia Black Head by KC Brains Holland is a distinctive sativa leaning line with a clear Brazilian foundation. According to the breeder, it is based on a cross between a pure Brasil line and two K.C. 606 males. Within the KC Brains catalogue, this makes Bahia Black Head more than a generic standard sativa. It reads as a functionally built selection with traceable origin and a clearly defined outdoor role.

In growth, Bahia Black Head is relatively manageable for a Brazilian leaning line. KC Brains lists it at around 80 cm indoors, which keeps it controllable in indoor settings. Outdoors, however, the profile opens up much further and reportedly reaches about 2 to 2.5 metres. That range is exactly what makes the line interesting, because it combines sativa style background with a more practical cultivation profile.

According to breeder data, flowering takes around 8 to 10 weeks indoors and about 10 to 12 weeks outdoors. KC Brains lists yields of up to 130 grams indoors and up to 850 grams outdoors. The breeder describes this variety as combining the qualities of a Brazilian sativa with an earlier finishing time. That makes outdoor cultivation in more temperate regions more realistic than with later classic tropical lines.

Bahia Black Head is a Brazilian influenced KC Brains line built on a K.C. 606 foundation with a clear early finishing function. That is where the actual value of this cultivar sits within the older catalogue.

As with many older sativa leaning lines, some phenotypic variation should be expected in Bahia Black Head. Differences in height, stretch, branching, and flower expression are not unusual. Even so, the overall identity remains clear: a mostly sativa KC Brains line with Brazilian origin, a clear outdoor perspective, and functional breeder logic.
