Strawberry Cheesecake combines the sweet, colourful P.P.D. line with the compact flower structure of the GSC Forum Cut. Developed as an F3 S2, the cross was refined through further generations and selfing while retaining moderate variation across berry character, Cookie density and creamy cheese notes.

The GSC side gives the plant its firm, compressed bud character. P.P.D. brings colour, sweet berry direction and more old Humboldt signature into the frame. That creates the useful tension here: not just strawberry, not just Cookies, but a heavier creamy line with a faint cheese edge underneath.

F3 S2 and moderate variation matter with Strawberry Cheesecake because the cultivar is not a sterile uniform block. Individual plants may lean harder into P.P.D. sweetness, Forum GSC density, brighter berry or more buttery cheese tone, while the main dessert berry direction stays intact.

Flowering runs 65 days, with outdoor maturity around October 1 to October 15. That is a steadier fall slot than the fast 45 day HSC lines. Strawberry Cheesecake needs that window for firm flower mass, heavy trichome surface and the denser Cookie side of the cross.

Strawberry jam, fresh berries, melted butter and sweet cheese define the aromatic direction. Heavy trichome production, firm flowers and documented washer results of 3 percent or more complement its indica dominant structure and outdoor window from October 1 to 15.
