Novarine, a THCV-rich marijuana

Besides the THC and Cannabidiol content, the best known cannabinoids in marijuana plants, Novarine includes many other active ingredients. These are elements which, due to their properties, are of great interest to consumers of therapeutic varieties.

Among these other elements and cannabinoids is THCV, a cannabinoid well-known for its stimulating effect and the satiety feeling it offers. This helps to reduce the feeling of hunger, unlike many other marijuana varieties, which on the contrary stimulate the appetite.

Novarine is the cross between a Thai landrace line known for its richness in THCV, and its Caprichosa Thai variety. The result is a plant that maintains the line’s Sativa character but it is more compact and quicker than the original line.

It is a hybrid plant with an 80/20 Sativa Indica genetics. It is vigorous and ramified, a Sativa trait that makes it easily adaptable to cultivation in SCROG or supercropping. It can reach a large size in outdoor cultivation, where it is ready to harvest in late October after 10 weeks of flowering.
