Hesi House Plant Elixir

Popis

Hesi House Plant Elixir – balanced nutrition for healthy houseplant development

Hesi House Plant Elixir is a liquid NPK fertiliser designed to provide houseplants with essential nutrients and additional plant-supporting compounds throughout their growing and flowering stages. Developed for plants growing in confined root spaces, such as indoor pots, its low-salt formula suits a wide variety of houseplants and growing methods. From Monstera and Philodendron to other popular foliage plants, it offers beginners and experienced plant enthusiasts a practical way to manage everyday feeding.

NPK 4-2-3 enriched with beneficial compounds

The nutrient formula features an NPK ratio of 4-2-3. Nitrogen supports leaf and shoot development, phosphorus contributes to essential metabolic processes, and potassium plays an important role in regulating water balance.

The formula also includes calcium, magnesium and chelated trace elements. Chelation helps keep certain micronutrients available for plant uptake. Vitamins, amino acids and additional plant-supporting compounds complete the formulation, combining essential nutrition with supplementary ingredients in a single product.

Flexible feeding according to growth and light levels

The recommended dosage depends on how quickly your plants grow and how much light they receive. For slow-growing houseplants, Hesi recommends 2 ml per litre of watering solution. Faster-growing plants can receive 3–5 ml per litre. The fertiliser can also be used as a foliar feed at a concentration of 1 ml per litre of water.

Apply regularly during active growth and flowering, typically one to four times per month depending on plant requirements. Houseplants receiving less light generally need fewer nutrients, so reduce feeding accordingly. Monitor your plants and adjust the application rate to suit their individual needs.

Suitable for soil, coco and hydroponic growing

House Plant Elixir can be used with conventional potting soil, coco-based growing media and (semi-)hydroponic systems. When feeding sensitive plants in hydroponics, starting with a lower concentration and monitoring their response is recommended.

Because the formula already includes plant-supporting compounds found in Hesi Root Complex and SuperVit, these additional products are not required. For supplementary growing medium care, you can combine it with Hesi Power Zyme, an enzyme additive that helps break down dead plant material around the roots.

Four container sizes for different plant collections

Hesi House Plant Elixir is available in 500 ml, 1 L, 2.5 L and 5 L sizes. This allows you to select a suitable quantity based on the number of houseplants you care for and your regular fertiliser consumption.

For orchids with more specific nutritional requirements, Hesi OrchiVit orchid fertiliser offers a specially formulated alternative.
