Gelato Sorbet feminized by DNA Genetics

Gelato Sorbet was created from Gelato #33 and DNA Genetics’ clone-only Sorbet selection. The feminized cross is listed as 70% indica and 30% sativa. Gelato #33 descends from Sunset Sherbet and Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, while Sorbet is a proprietary selection from the breeder.

The plants develop uniform, bushy, medium-sized growth with sturdy lateral branches. Their dense flowers carry a pronounced resin coating and may display colours ranging from light green to deep purple, accompanied by bright orange pistils.

The flowering period is 8-9 weeks. DNA Genetics lists an indoor yield of 450-500 g/m². Outdoor harvest in the Northern Hemisphere normally falls between early and mid-October. Its uniform development also makes the strain manageable for less experienced growers.

The aroma opens with sweet fruit, berries, creamy sorbet, and sour citrus. Mint, pine, honey, and an earthy base add further detail. DNA identifies beta-caryophyllene, limonene, linalool, and pinene as prominent terpenes.
