Gelato Royal

Popis

Gelato Royal by The Kush Brothers

Gelato Royal starts building weight early. The plant moves with good speed, yet still stays controllable enough to shape cleanly, and it sets up a sturdy branch structure before bloom gets heavy. That framework is a big part of why it can carry thick flowers without turning loose or collapsing into softness.

The Sherbet x Girl Scout Cookies mix pulls this cultivar toward the sweeter, creamier side, but the plant itself does not read soft. There is still enough push in the frame to keep it from feeling like a loose dessert cross. It stays fairly compact, branches with purpose, and is clearly built around flower mass.

Once it moves fully into bloom, the sites firm up fast and start stacking with width. Buds build large, carry plenty of resin, and can bring out strong purple tones toward the end, especially when night temperatures drop in the final weeks. That combination of weight, resin cover, and dark coloration gives the cultivar a very defined look.

At roughly 56 days, it finishes on the quicker side for this type of line. Indoors it is usually kept at a medium size and can still return strong surface yield, while outdoors it stays productive without turning messy or overly stretched. A clean canopy setup early on helps spread the pressure evenly.

On the palate, earth shows first, then forest berry, a little cream, and underneath that sweet resin carrying GSC Sherbet line. That keeps Gelato Royal from feeling like a blunt Cookie rerun or a variety built only around purple looks. It comes through instead as a fast, heavy hybrid with a clear terpene identity and firm flower structure.
