How to prepare:
- Put one tea bag in your favourite cup (about 250 ml)
- Pour boiling water (100 °C) over the tea bag
- Let it steep for a good 15 minutes; don’t rush it, so you get all the herbal benefits
- Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy
