Alchimia is happy to present Black Bomb Auto, one of the most successful genetics by Philosopher Seeds. This strain is now available in our auto-flowering cannabis seeds catalogue.
Black Bomb Auto is a robust, compact, and explosive marijuana plant, created from the legendary Black Domina clone of the late ’90s and Tropimango, a hybrid celebrated by the seedbank’s followers for its productivity and ease of cultivation. The auto-flowering version of the legendary Black Bomb strain is now available.
Black Bomb Auto strain: auto-flowering hybrid between Black Domina x Tropimango
Black Bomb Auto originates from two renowned genetic lines: Black Domina 98 and Tropimango (formerly Somango clone). This vigorous plant adapts seamlessly to indoor, outdoor, or greenhouse cultivation, making it ideal for terraces and balconies.
This auto-flowering version exhibits a more Sativa-like growth and effect compared to its feminised counterpart, with a strong inclination towards the Somango terpene. Despite this, it retains exceptional productivity thanks to its Black Domina heritage. Cultivation is straightforward, with the plant showing high resistance to pests.
Black Bomb Auto, productive cannabis with high pest resistance
Black Bomb Auto, like any automatic variety, requires a photoperiod of 18/6 indoors and a minimum of 5–6 hours of direct sunlight outdoors. It develops with a large central cola, so apical pruning is not recommended. The flowers can grow to an impressive size, producing an excellent resin ratio, making it ideal for SOG cultivation both indoors and outdoors. Its pest resistance makes it particularly suitable for beginner growers.
The plant completes its cycle in 10 weeks, although some specimens may require a few additional days, rewarding growers with slightly higher yields. The buds occasionally develop bluish hues. Under optimal conditions, yields can reach 500g per m2 indoors and 150g per plant outdoors. Its high calyx-to-leaf ratio ensures easy post-harvest trimming, with minimal leaf to manicure.
Black Bomb Auto, sweet automatic cannabis with Somango terpenes
Black Bomb Auto often exhibit a strong Tropimango influence, resulting in very fruity and sweet aromas with hints of acidity and occasional earthy undertones. During the first weeks of flowering, its fragrance becomes noticeable, making carbon filters advisable for indoor growing. The aroma is not only pleasant and recognisable but also potent.
Black Bomb Auto effect is more energetic and Sativa-like than its feminised version. It’s perfect for starting a day and tackling tasks without hindrance, yet it remains potent, especially for an automatic strain, boasting high THC levels.
