Papayton

Description

Papayton by FastBuds

Papayton by FastBuds belongs on the Full Term photoperiod side and should not be read like a quick auto style release. Its main point is control: a large, productive hybrid frame with heavy side development and less room for careless handling.

The Gary Payton x Gelato x Lemonpaya background gives the strain a layered build. Gary Payton brings modern US structure, Gelato adds density and a creamier base, while Lemonpaya pushes the brighter tropical fruit line forward. The result is a balanced 50 50 hybrid with enough tension between its parents to feel like its own plant.

At 120 to 185 cm, Papayton has size without becoming vague. The lateral branches matter because they are not just secondary growth; they can carry flower sections that compete with the central cola. Early canopy work, clean spacing and attention to later weight make more sense here than treating the plant as a simple high yield entry.

The 9 to 10 week flowering window gives the structure time to fill. FastBuds lists 550 to 800 g/m² indoor, up to 1200 g per plant outdoor, up to 32 percent THC and CBD below 1 percent. Those figures fit the way the variety builds: broad frame, dense flowers, strong surface coverage and a more demanding photoperiod rhythm.

The profile moves through sweet fruit, ice cream notes and creamy depth, with Lemonpaya keeping the line brighter than a straight Gelato type. Dark, almost blackish flower expression adds another visible marker. Papayton lands as a heavier FastBuds photoperiod cultivar with serious side structure, strong resin presence and a level of precision that makes it clearly different from the softer generic text it had before.
