Keep your Aqua Master Tools P160 Pro2 measuring with a fresh electrode
The Aqua Master Tools pH/EC replacement electrode for P160 Pro2 replaces the interchangeable measuring electrode in the combo pen. It is intended for growers who want to continue using their existing meter when the original electrode becomes worn or damaged. Once fitted to the P160 Pro2, it supports measurement of pH, EC, PPM, TDS and temperature in water and liquid nutrient solutions.
Purpose-made replacement for the P160 Pro2
The electrode fits directly into the lower section of the pen, allowing your P160 Pro2 to remain in service as a multi-parameter nutrient solution meter. For other water-testing options, Growmart also offers dedicated pH meters and EC meters.
Replace the electrode and recalibrate the meter
To change the electrode, loosen the sealing ring at the bottom of the P160 Pro2 and carefully remove the old electrode. Insert the replacement with its locating recess correctly aligned, making sure the electrical contacts connect properly and the rubber seal remains correctly seated. Tighten the sealing ring again once the electrode is in place. The meter must then be recalibrated for pH and EC before further measurements are taken.
Dry storage and preparation
The P160 Pro2 electrode is designed for dry storage, so it does not need to remain in storage solution between uses. Before its first use, soak the electrode in tap water for at least 12 hours. After measuring, rinse it with clean water before storage.
