Kraken (gefeminiseerde zaden)

Beschrijving

Kraken is a feminized seed created by Buddha Seeds with a markedly indica profile. Its extraordinarily dense and resinous buds, its unmistakable refreshing aroma, and its generous productivity have made it one of the most valued varieties by Mediterranean growers. Kraken seeds are now available at Alchimia.

Cultivation: easy to manage, hard to beat in production

In indoor cultivation, Kraken completes its flowering in just 58 to 63 days, with yields ranging between 500 and 600 g/m² under well-optimized conditions. Its highly branched morphology makes it an ideal candidate for the SCROG system, a technique that allows maximum use of its lateral development. It’s recommended not to exceed 6-8 plants per square meter to ensure good air circulation between buds. Kraken can reach between 0.9 and 1.3 m in height indoors.

Outdoors, Kraken adapts easily to warm and Mediterranean climates, showing high resistance to humidity and stress. Harvest arrives in early October in the northern hemisphere, with productions ranging from 500 g to 1.5 kg per plant depending on conditions and grower experience. Its robustness and tolerance make it suitable for both beginners and more experienced growers.

Mentholated freshness and deep relaxation

Kraken’s aromatic profile is one of its most distinctive features: characterized by a fresh and almost mentholated aroma, with notes of pine, earth, and spices, and slight citrus touches in the background. On the palate, that freshness remains as a guiding thread, accompanied by earthy and spicy nuances that round out a refreshing and highly recognizable sensory experience.

Kraken’s effect is powerful, physical, and long-lasting, consistent with its indica dominance. It generates a deep relaxation with a sedative and narcotic character that invites rest and disconnection. Due to its intensity, it’s more suitable for users with previous experience; those approaching it for the first time should do so calmly. A variety designed for moments of tranquility, the end of the day, or before sleep.
