The Ultimate

Description

The Ultimate by Dutch Passion

The Ultimate is defined primarily by its exceptional yield potential. This balanced 50/50 hybrid usually remains medium-sized but develops unusually long and heavy flowers that can fill much of the available plant structure.

A medium-to-strong stretch begins during early flowering and normally continues for around three weeks. Plants expand both vertically and horizontally before directing their development towards the flowers, which gain much of their final volume during the closing weeks.

SCROG and careful low-stress training suit this structure particularly well. The heavy main and side flowers often require additional support late in bloom. The Ultimate tolerates changes in nutrition and temperature comparatively well, although humidity must remain consistently low because of the dense flower formation.

Flowering normally takes approximately 9-12 weeks. Dutch Passion lists around 500-600 g/m² under standard indoor conditions. Considerably higher results are possible with strong lighting, careful canopy management and sufficient ripening time, as much of the final weight develops during the last two to three weeks.

The aromatic profile is pungent and relatively savoury. Pine, lime and broader citrus notes combine with spice, earth and petrol. Some phenotypes can become fruitier or slightly sweeter, although the central character remains strong, spicy and mildly Skunky.
