Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish – targeted flushing before harvest

Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish is a liquid flushing additive for the final stage of your feeding programme. Designed to reduce excess fertiliser salts around the roots, it suits growers working with soil, coco or hydroponics. During the final flush, you apply it with water instead of your usual nutrient solution.

Chelates and magnesium rather than further base feeding

The formula contains chelates, magnesium and sulphur. Chelates are compounds that can bind metal ions, a property Flawless Finish uses in its flushing treatment. The formulation also includes magnesium sulphate. With an NPK ratio of 0–0–0, it is not a base nutrient for ongoing feeding, but an additive intended for the final stage before harvest.

For soil, coco and hydroponic systems

You can apply Flawless Finish through regular watering or use it in hydroponic irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, flood-and-drain systems and deep water culture. The flushing stage follows your regular feeding programme, whether you use the Advanced Nutrients fertiliser range or another suitable nutrient programme. During this stage, use the flushing solution without adding other nutrients or supplements.

When to flush and how much to use

Start approximately 4–10 days before your planned harvest. Mix 2 ml of Flawless Finish per litre of water, equivalent to 20 ml for 10 litres. A measuring cup with 2 ml increments makes it easier to measure the required amount accurately.

For systems with a nutrient reservoir, first drain the existing nutrient solution and refill with fresh water. Then add Flawless Finish. Use the prepared flushing solution throughout the intended flushing period until harvest.
