Popis

Vesta seeds now available at Alchimia.

Genetics of Vesta Auto

Vesta Auto comes from a cross between an American genetic line and a European line with Ruderalis, resulting in an indica-dominant hybrid with automatic flowering capability. The European line provides the fruity and citrus character that defines its aromatic profile, while the American line introduces that persistent sour touch that distinguishes this variety within the Buddha Seeds catalog. The Ruderalis component, confirmed in its genetics, is directly responsible for the autoflowering and the characteristic robustness of the plant.

Growing Vesta Auto: indoor and outdoor yield

Indoors, Vesta Auto grows between 0.9 and 1.4 meters in height and can reach productions of up to 450 g/m² under a photoperiod of 18 to 20 hours of light. It’s recommended to use pots between 10 and 15 liters, plant directly in the final container to avoid transplant stress, and opt for a well-aerated substrate with moderate fertilization specific for autoflowers. It’s compatible with low-stress techniques like LST, and given the density of its buds, it’s advisable to have stakes to support the loaded branches. Its cultivation difficulty is low.

Outdoors, the plant gains size and can exceed 2 meters in height, with productions between 100 and 200 g per plant under optimal conditions. Cultivation is viable from April to October in the northern hemisphere, and can extend throughout the year in regions where temperature doesn’t drop below 10°C. With an optimal temperature between 20 and 28°C, Vesta Auto also stands out for its good resistance to pests and fungi, which facilitates its management in outdoor growing conditions. The plant produces hard, compact buds with high resin production, especially valued for concentrate extraction.

Aromas, flavors and effects of Vesta Auto

The aromatic profile of Vesta Auto is dominated by citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin, accompanied by a fruity and slightly sour character that comes directly from its American line. On the palate, that combination is confirmed and prolonged: the fruity citrus flavor is the common thread, with a long-lasting sour nuance that leaves a pleasant memory after each use. A clean and recognizable sensory experience, without artifice.

The effect of Vesta Auto is powerful, physical and long-lasting, with a clear body predominance typical of its indica-dominant profile. Some user experiences point to a small initial euphoric component that gives way to a deep and enveloping relaxation. Due to its sedative nature and intensity, it’s especially recommended for night-time use or at the end of the day, and is also a valued option for those seeking stress relief and effective disconnection after a long day.
