Description
Moby Dick by Bulk Seed Bank
Moby Dick is positioned by Bulk Seed Bank as a variety focused on strength and output. The breeder describes it as a combination of very strong sativa and indica lines, with THC levels reaching up to around 21 percent. In addition, a higher THCV content is highlighted as a defining aspect of this strain.
In growth, Moby Dick tends to lean towards the sativa side. A large portion of the plants will grow tall and require sufficient space and strong light to fully develop. At the same time, a smaller group of more compact and faster finishing plants can appear. This creates some variation, but also allows flexibility depending on the setup.
Development depends heavily on stable conditions. The breeder emphasizes that strong light is essential for reaching full potential. A pH level of no more than about 6.5 is also recommended. Outdoors, this variety can produce high yields under suitable conditions and shows a certain level of mold resistance inherited from its genetic background.
Expression can vary depending on the phenotype. The more sativa dominant plants tend to move towards woody and resinous notes, while the more compact types can show a slightly sweeter direction. As a result, the overall expression is not completely uniform but rather spread across a range.
Within a single seed batch, two main growth patterns can be expected. Most plants lean towards a sativa dominant structure, while a smaller portion remains shorter and faster. This variation is typical for Moby Dick and should be taken into account when planning and selecting plants.
