Diesel Drift by Heavyweight Seeds

Diesel Drift is strongest through contrast rather than volume. Fruit Punch x New York Diesel brings a brighter fruit line together with the sharper Diesel side that gives the variety its name. It feels lighter than many classic indica shaped Heavyweight strains, but not simply fruity either.

With 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica, Diesel Drift brings more length and movement into the plant body. Indoors, it stays workable at around 90 to 150 cm, while outdoors it can reach roughly 150 to 200 cm. The stretch should be taken seriously, especially when the space fills early.

The flowering time is around 10 weeks. That sits on the longer side for this range and matches the sativa leaning frame. Diesel Drift does not need to be forced hard, but early canopy guidance, light topping or a calm SCROG setup can help if the branches should be spread more evenly across the area.

Yield sits at about 500 g/m² indoors, with up to 500 g per plant possible outdoors. Outside, the harvest window falls around early October. The variety builds large, resin rich flowers, but it also needs good airflow, as the Diesel profile can become very present indoors.

Aromatically, Diesel Drift opens with citrus and fresh fruit, with the typical fuel note underneath. That is where the variety becomes distinct: not pure Skunk weight, not dessert sweetness, but a sativa leaning feminised strain with a longer flowering window, more stretch and a profile that moves cleanly between fruit and Diesel.
