Northern Light Blue

Description

Northern Light Blue by Delicious Seeds

Northern Light x Blueberry DJ Short is the official lineage of this pure indica strain. Its dense plant frame meets a pronounced berry profile without restricting the plant to a small or exclusively central growth structure.

The foliage is thick and compact, and the plant starts with a fairly controlled frame, though it does not stay small. Given enough space, it can build into a surprisingly large specimen. One of the more striking points is the strength of the side branches. They carry the heavier flowers well and give the plant a structure that does not rely only on a single top.

Indoor flowering takes 7-8 weeks, with outdoor maturity in mid-September. Delicious Seeds lists 550 g/m² indoors and more than 1,000 g per plant outside, combining a short flowering window with substantial production potential.

The aromatic side opens in more layers than the name might suggest at first. Sweet and slightly sour berry notes come first, then cherry, grape, a touch of incense and dry pinewood appear behind them. That keeps the profile from sitting in a simple fruit lane and gives it more depth and a darker base.

Northern Light Blue therefore feels less like a simple Blueberry variation and more like a strain that holds classic indica substance together with a clearly developed berry led profile. The result is a feminized line with real body, a distinctive aromatic picture and a character that remains easy to recognise.
