Alchimia is delighted to present Moroccan Beldia by Khalifa Genetics, a native landrace variety from Morocco. It is a plant very resistant to drought and responds well to arid soils. The seeds were collected by this seedbank in Chefchaouen region, and reproduced during 4 generations. The famous chocolate pollen or Old School Blond is extracted from Beldia. This variety is now available in our regular cannabis seeds catalogue.

Moroccan Beldia has been cultivated for about 800 years, but due to modern cannabis hybrids, it is becoming less and less common.

Growers have been producing hash from this plant since the 1960s, the Old School chocolate hash or Pollen Blonde.

Moroccan Beldia regular seeds were collected in the Chefchaouen region where farmers still cultivate this traditional variety today, so it still maintains its purity.
