Autoflower cannabis seeds are a very popular strain among cannabis growers. They are known for their fast life cycle and their ability to flower automatically after a set period of time, rather than relying on changes in the light cycle like other cannabis strains.

As for the hours of light needed, Autoflower weed seeds can grow and flower with as little as 12 hours of light per day. Unlike other cannabis strains, they do not need a specific amount of light to go from the vegetative cycle to the flowering cycle. We recommend 18/6 or 20/4 to obtain High yields. This means that growers can have greater control over the growing process and can create an optimal environment for their plants without having to worry about light time.

However, it is important to ensure that the plants receive enough light for healthy growing, as the quality and quantity of light can affect the plant’s yield and growing. Another advantage of Autoflower seeds is their fast life cycle. These plants can grow and flower in as little as 8-10 weeks, which means growers can harvest several times a year. Also, autoflowering seeds tend to be smaller and more compact than other strains, making them ideal for growing in small spaces or indoors. As for the quality of the marijuana produced by Auto seeds, it is important to keep in mind that genetics and growing conditions also play an important role.

However, many autoflowering cannabis strains have won awards for their taste, aroma and effects, proving that these plants can produce high quality marijuana. Remember that our cannabis plants also need good nutrients when our Autoflower seeds are seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period. When you grow cannabis seeds outdoors, choose the best date for your crop, a place where our cannabis plants receive the most hours of sunshine. If on the other hand you like to grow your Autoflower seeds indoors and you have good tents, textile pots for growing, led lighting, air extractor, to circulate clean air and of course a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law. Keep daytime temperatures between 68℉-80℉ and nighttime temperatures between 7℉-9℉ cooler.

Granddaddy Purple Auto plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) levels at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase. reduce RH to around 40% during the flowering phase. By harvest time, you can reduce RH to 30%.

Outdoors, growers in the Northern Hemisphere should sow their autoflowering cannabis seeds in April for a first harvest by mid summer and a second one by July to mid October.

Healthy Granddaddy Purple Auto produce about 10 oz/plant | 300 gr/plant of buds each.

Indoors, these crops have 8 – 10 weeks from germination to harvest and produce about 1.31 – 1.82 oz/ft2 | 400 – 550 gr/m2.

Optimal Climate for Cultivation

The Granddaddy Purple Auto strain flourishes best in a Mediterranean climate, characterized by warm, dry summers, and mild, wet winters. The optimal temperature spectrum for cultivation lies between 70-85°F (21-29°C), guaranteeing prime growth. This strain is highly adaptable and performs excellently at various elevations depending upon the consistency of sunlight exposure. The perfect annual rainfall should be between 15-30 inches (380-760 mm) with soil that has good drainage capabilities to prevent the root rot.
