GrowControl RootSense Expansion Kit

Description

The RootSense Expansion Kit adds a further sensor to your existing RootSense Kit. It measures volumetric water content, pore-water conductivity and temperature directly in the substrate, so you can follow how moisture, conductivity and temperature develop.

High-frequency dielectric measurement captures water content largely independently of EC and salt fluctuations, which is especially helpful with coco, rockwool and other substrates. Supports time-controlled and VWC-controlled irrigation strategies. Note: works only with a GrowBase Pro that is connected to a RootSense Kit.
